| Previewing and ordering music |
| Songroom user pages contain contributor profiles, audio samples and a shopping cart from where you can purchase both individual tracks and complete albums in MP3 format. Each profile contains a cart user guide. Music from various artistes can be added to your shopping basket in a single purchase. |

| We operate a competitive pricing structure for MP3 digital downloads, with individual songs at 0.80 pence each and complete albums priced at 0.65 pence per track. |

| Downloading purchased music |
| As soon as you confirm your order, you'll be automatically redirected to your download page. We'll also send you an email containing your download instructions. The download window will remain active for a minimum of three days from the date of purchase. Please contact Songroom if you need to extend the download window. Please include details of your purchase including your order number. |
